I do not come at a situation with a preconceived or presumed idea about why something has happened.

I love organizational puzzles and enjoy discovering how to solve them together.

It is likely I have been in a situation similar to yours, I've been in organizations that have not had time or a way to revisit mission, policies & procedures or even how they will organize information and files.

I learned the hard way that it's a bad idea to assume practices and approaches automatically contribute to consistency and sustainability.

I have experience creating a systems approach to managing an organization and have worked with others to create similar approaches.
